The City of Fort Worth has welcomed a new multi family tower close to the Convention Center and downtown. The 27 story luxury apartment tower owned and built by Southern Land Company is scheduled to start construction in 2020. Level 24 amenity deck boasts a party room, lounge and swimming pool. A grass dog walk area on level 25 for our furry friends. The penthouse units at level 24 to level 27 host private balconies, spacious walk in closets and large open floor plans. The parking garage is above ground and offers ample parking spaces.
